Paste up to 200 items and use Shuffle List to put them into a fresh random order. FATE uses a Fisher–Yates shuffle driven by cryptographically strong browser randomness — not the biased sort(() => random - 0.5) shortcut.
Names, tasks, teams, songs, questions or anything else: one item per line is enough. The shuffled list replaces the editor contents so you can copy or shuffle it again.
Your list is processed in your browser. FATE does not need to upload the entries to a server in order to randomise them.
The same panel can choose a single entry, optionally removing the winner afterwards when you are working through a list without repeats.
FATE // LAB is a browser-based randomness tool. Results are for games, classrooms, everyday decisions and entertainment — not for gambling or other high-stakes uses.
